hi - sent message to buyer via laptop but it now appears the buyer didn’t get it , it is not showing up in the app ( Orange one)
I did receive a message from the buyer though. kind regards
How do you know the buyer did not get the message?
If you go to orders, there is a drop down menu under the buyer's name that has the buy's email address. Use that.
When on Etsy in your browser, go to the messages page and check under sent messages. Remember that messages are now being attached to a single thread so it may take a little extra searching.
