I always respond to every customer I receive a message from. Even if I get two seperate messages from the same person. And it’s always right away or the same day. (Sometimes I’ll get messages when I am asleep) My message response rate says 97% though. I don’t understand why.
You should be able to view your message response rate by clicking on the star badge. It should take you to the 4 badges and the rates. You should then be able to click on the message response rate and it should then show a list of messaged you didn't respond to in time. I hope this helps

@Lolluco you need to click on the tab for the previous period and then inspect the list of messages to see which ones you missed.
Auto reply is good for you
Yes but I believe it only lasts a few days and then you have to reset it.
I am in the same situation. I did reply, with the app - I know better. I remember the day it happened. The app continued to show a new message but my desktop did not.
So for me, I need to remember NEVER reply with the app. Always use desktop or mobile browser.
