I was a star seller, my shipping is perfect, reviews perfect, but somehow i missed one message sent to me and my status on message replies is 0%? how is this even mathematically possible.
If you choose to run multiple shops on Etsy, you must list all the shops you run in the Public Profile section of each account. Each account must also comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy.
I have that too in another shop. I had no messages so 0%. Finally got one and answered 4 days ago. Still 0%. It says 0% doesn't count against you. If you have the other two you can still be star seller but without the messages badge.
How many messages did you get in total between October, November and December?
Side note, you have that shop disclosed in this shop, but you need to do the reverse as well and disclose this shop in that shop (both shops needs to disclose each other).
@Talizmani: Remember that the Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads. So if you only had one new thread during the applicable period and did not answer it (or mark it as SPAM) within 24 hours your percentage would be 0%. Unless something has changed recently, if there were no new threads your percentage would be ---% (nothing to calculate). You can confirm this using the CSV file from your Customer Service / Star Seller page.
