So I'm watching my stats and noticed that after about 7 new messages over the last two days, my percentage rate still hasn't changed. Looks as if the Etsy app isnt refreshing? I've restarted the app each day since and no change.
I was hoping to see if my response rate improved as I did get several messages but so far no change?
@Frostwytches: As mentioned, the first message of a new thread is usually not counted until after the 24 hour reply window has passed (regardless of when you replied), and it seems like that data is updated once per day. You should monitor the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page.
"Looks as if the Etsy app isnt refreshing?" There are lots and lots of threads in this forum about issues with the app. The consensus is that a seller needs to check messages and orders in their shop at least daily via a browser until these issues are resolved.
Star Seller takes 24 to 48 hours to update. Sometimes longer. With messages the time doesn't start until after the 24 hour response time has passed so it does take several days to update.

Yes, I'm aware of all that. However it's been over 5 days now for some. It used to update after 24 hours, now not at all. I check messages several times a day and answer immediately. Tech support needs to look in on this so sellers ratings are accurate. Star seller ranking should reflect a sellers actual performance. That's my concern
Etsy changed this to a peer to peer support forum a few years ago. It's just us sellers here trying our best to help each other. If you need help from etsy tech support then you will need to contact etsy support directly via the support ticket system.
