Message response rate down due to technical error (Messages going to spam folder)

I have messaged Etsy so many times about this issue, now i am being ignored.

I was told two weeks ago they were working on the issue and would get back to me. I want my message rating back to 100% as it has always been. This is an Etsy technical error so they should amend the ratings of those that are affected by this.

Hi guys! I´m a star seller of june, and I didnt received any other message in theses days and my message rate now is 92%? what is that? there is no message on my inbox that I have answered more than 24h! What is etsy doing? There´s no message in my spam folder also, so idk what is going on. Is someone going to the same problem?

@titastudiocreative: Star Seller badges are only calculated and awarded on the first of the month using data from the previous three month period.

What you see on your dashboard now is for the July 1st Star (using data from April, May, and June). Did some Messages from March fall off the calculations?

Check the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page (previous period for June Star) to see which Messages are being used in the calculation.
