Message response rate does not include all messages

Over the last week, I have had many customer inquiries in my Etsy store and have responded to each one of them.  However, when I look at my Star Seller stats and download the messages detailed data, I can see that none of those new threads are included in my statistics.  The last message that Etsy is capturing is as of May 5.  I have at received at least 5 new message strings since then.  Why is this statistic not being updated at least every day?

It takes a few days for the stats to be updated.  It's always been this way since it started.  They just don't update every day.

Thanks - I did finally see the statistic update over the weekend.  My guess would be that it updates only weekly.  Thanks for your response.
