Message reply box has embedded text that I can't remove.

This must be the second 'test' that i'm in this week and it's annoying as heck.

When replying to messages for the first time with a customer the reply box has what looks like pre-written text with some HTML. It looks something like this

<<Hey, why don't you leave this shop a review...html stuff.>>   or I also saw  << If you're having a problem get in touch with the seller....HTML>>

It's only when replying to customer messages for the first time. Older message reply boxes don't have it.  The big problem besides the fact that it's beyond annoying is that it's really hard to delete. It took me about 3 or 4 tries before it finally disappeared.

I'm using Chrome, I would love to see if it happens on Firefox but I don't have any new messages to reply to. Computer has been scanned, cache has been cleared.

Anyone else seeing this?

No, not seeing that here. I use both Chrome and Firefox interchangeably and I'm sure I've responded to a first time message in both browsers in the last few days. The only thing annoying I see is the pat on the back... hey nice job responding quickly blue text box but it doesn't stick around on the message.
