Message rating

Hello. I have a problem with message rating falling, but there was a message that came in February, and we talked to etsy support that month and marked it as a spam message, and I lost my star sellers accordingly, and today the same problem happened again, the same message in case of spam. Despite this, my rating has dropped and I may lose my star seller status again.

Marking as spam will not count against you

@JewelbyEllie: Unanswered new threads in SPAM should not negatively affect Star Seller. Have you checked the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page to confirm which new Message threads Etsy thinks were unanswered or answered late?

If a message is placed in spam within 24 hours of being received it won't be counted, it also apparently blocks that person from messaging you, a change Etsy brought in Feb
