My customer sent me a message on her way home from surgery, but she passed away after the message was sent. Didn't know how to respond, so I sent her husband a private message as I didn't want it public.
Are you writing this in regards to the Star Seller Program? If so, spam the message from your customer. Sadly, she will never know. If it hasn't been that long, that should work.

I'm so sorry this happened. What a sad and difficult situation. Yes, send the message to spam since it can't be used. If there is any opened orders, I'd cancel them. If the family wants them at a later date they can reorder.
