I have encountered two message failures this week. My email has received a notification from the buyer's inquiry (now ETSY has blocked the content of the customer's inquiry in the email), but when I entered the message page in the background, I didn't see anything, nor did I see it in the spam mailbox. I don't know if there is a technical problem? The customer thought we received the email, but in fact, I didn't see anything. This will affect our sales performance and customer experience. The customer service replied to my question. They pointed out that if the sender is no longer an active user of ETSY, the emails they send to the seller will not be received. (ETSY considers emails with fraud risks to be included). Anyway, I won't dwell on it anymore.
