Message from Etsy?!

Does anyone else received a message from Etsy saying that they have technical issues and they can not show me latest order. And that is why they need my email. This seems strange. I think this can be scam but not sure

It's a scam.  Etsy will never ask you to confirm a sale off Etsy nor take a sale off of Etsy.  Sellers do not have to assist Etsy with any sales, Etsy takes care of that on their end.

@HappyMouseFelt  Hi, Don't forget to Mark as Spam so you won't get dinged on the SS Metrics.  There really should be the option to Mark as SCAM, but there is not.  Too much of this bull going on, and I'm sorry you were hit with it.

Scam.  Just another version of the one going around.  Etsy never needs email for a transaction.

Yes!..thanks, I had one too and thought scam, especially after checking nothing had sold, and as we need to answer or get a black mark I just thanked them for the message.
