Message Response rate is in error. What do I do?

I downloaded the message data and it reports that I did not respond to a particular buyer, however, I did! I began the conversation by letting him know when his item was expected to arrive, he replied, then I replied to him within the 24 hour time. Very simple, but I got dinged for this and it effects my Star Seller rating....Please help!

Nothing.  They won’t change it.  It doesn’t really matter.  People rarely come to your shop, just land on an item in a search.

They may have started a new message instead of responding to the old one.

@CrazyDishLadyFinds: Are all of these Messages between the buyer and you in the same thread? Did the buyer perhaps also send a Help Request (which always starts a new thread)? The data file you downloaded has a link to the actual Message thread so you can confirm.

For Star Seller, you need to reply to (or mark as SPAM) the FIRST message of EVERY NEW INCOMING THREAD within 24 hours. It does not matter who sent it, the subject matter, if it is a duplicate or blank or anything else.
