It registered that I did not contact a seller within 24 hours and it shows in message history that I clearly did. This seems to be a regular issue, last time it was I did not provide a tracking # when it was clearly listed. Hope someone can help.
@PoindextersOddities: Did Etsy Support or the Help Pages send you here? This is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
Have you checked the applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page to see which message Etsy thinks you did not answer within the 24 hour reply window?
Yeah I checked and there is no other way to contact them. I was told to place in here and hope someone from Etsy looks at it.
For tracking to work the package has to be accepted by USPS or in transit.
As to the message check the CSV. See what time is stamped and if it is another message and not the one you think.
I did check, their code just doesn’t check right.
