Message Response Rate

Somehow my message response rate is no longer calculating. Last month and this month I have had messages with customers; however, when checking my customer service stats it reads - - %
This caused me to lose start seller status last month for the first time and I am not showing I am in track for this month either.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Re: Message Response Rate

--% means there is no data to calculate / no messages for it calculate.

Not receiving messages will not prevent you from obtaining Star Seller. You can still get Star Seller when messages stat says --%.

Help center has more info here https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/4403058372503-How-to-Become-a-Star-Seller?segment=selling

"What if I haven’t received any messages in the current review period?

If you don’t receive any messages during the review period, the message response rate won’t be counted towards your Star Seller eligibility. You can still become a Star Seller based on the other Star Seller criteria..."

Re: Message Response Rate

Thanks so much for your replies. I do have messages back and forth with customers, as well as multiple reviews. I have had the star seller badge consistently for over a year, which is so confusing. I was asked to update my tax information so my shop was suspended for a few hours which I am guessing has thrown a wrench into this. I hadn't thought of the $300 limit - I'll go check that right now. Thanks again!
