Hello all, I have noticed that my message response rate isn’t updating in Star Seller. I have not had an update on the number of messages I have had since October 29th, and I have had several. I wouldn’t have noticed it, but apparently I missed a message deadline and it put me below the necessary criteria. Is anyone else experiencing this? I contacted help via chat and they said for me to post here.

@VintageVesselFinder: "It should at about 96% by now." Are you basing this on the applicable CSV file available on your Customer Service page? When you look at the file remember that that the dates / times are in UTC (not your time zone), only the first message of a new incoming thread is included (all that counts for Star Seller), and usually a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied. Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) seem to be updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay. There is also a link to the actual message thread so you can verify if the data is correct or not.

@VintageVesselFinder: Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (which one on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)?
"... chat ... said for me to post here" Support and the Virtual Assistant appear to be trained to send people to the forum as soon as 'Star Seller' is mentioned as they do not have the authority or ability to manually adjust Star Seller stats.

I am seeing it on the Etsy app on my iPhone 15, and it is the same on the mobile site via Google and Safari. It appears to be stuck at 94%. It should at about 96% by now. I’ve never been under 100%.

Thank you! That makes sense. I received 4 new messages yesterday. One was last night so it should update. This was very helpful. I had never had it happen before so I wasn’t sure what was going on.
