I have a relatively new shop where I sell greeting cards, baby onesies, t-shirts, and tote bags.
I missed my first chance to become a star seller as I did not respond to a spam message during my first review period. I am typically good at reporting spam, but I am not able to do so in the Etsy app (this should really be addressed) and I did not have my computer with me for several days.
I am now hoping to become eligible again, and I have an average of 5-star reviews and a 100% rating for shipping. I also have responded to every message that I've received during this period, however the message history/data has not updated since October 8th, nearly two weeks ago. It says "data is based on current review period: 01 August–31 October, 2023" so it should include the additional 4 messages that I've received after that and responded to within 24 hours. These were all new messages from new potential customers.
Has anyone had a similar issue and, if so, any luck getting it resolved? Can I expect that this will be updated before November 1st when this eligibility period ends?

Just for future reference...you can mark as spam in the etsy shopping app (the orange icon). I have no idea why they left that option out of the new sellers app ( blue icon) but it is an option in the shopping app (orange icon). It's lame that we have to install 2 apps to have a basic function. Maybe they will add it to the sellers app one day.
