Message Response Rate NOT Correct

Hallo guys, 

I lost the speedy replies badge because 1 message got a reply after 24 hours, but it is not true.

When I downloaded the message history I checked who was the customer and my reply to her message was within 24 hours. 

Where/who can I reach out and show the messages saved to get the speedy replies badge back?

did they have two separate message threads, one normal thread, and another with "help request" on it

@BivioLab: While Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller stats, they have been able in some cases to correct the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats auto update (but not retroactively). If you are sure that there are no messages were answered late during the June Star Seller period then you should try to contact Etsy. Also, there are several Etsy admins who sometimes read these posts and have been able to have bad data corrected. Hopefully one of them will see this thread.

Its a feature of the  5 star rating as an AI bot runs the scores and its only as good as the human programmer

they are standard programming  routines   .. bots

they are absolutely NOT AI

When was the message?  May 30 or 31st?  Those messages do not count for June.  Those dates count for July.
