My message response rate is 92% which I thought was really weird, I answer messages as soon as I see them and never let one sit unanswered... this one said I didn't respond to her in 48 hours which I knew was incorrect. I downloaded the message history and went to the link for the one I supposedly didn't answer for 48 hours. She messaged me on January 4th at 12:22am and I responded to her on January 4th at 9:04 am. Less than 9 hours later but it says it took me over 48? So frustrating because I'm going to lose my star seller badge that I've earned every month since the program started over a technical error on Ety's partd... Tried to chat with someone to see what the problem was and they said I needed to post here so not sure what this will accomplish, but here I am
