I am a seller on Etsy, and in the past two weeks, my message reply rate has suddenly dropped from 100% to 83%, making me unable to achieve Star Seller status.
I have checked all my messages, and I have definitely replied to all messages immediately, with the exception of one message that was mistakenly sorted into my spam folder.
I have checked messages both on mobile and desktop, and I can see nothing that I have missed that would be moving my rate down.
Please advise.
