I have shoppers telling me that they are unable to send messages through my Pattern website. I tried to send myself a message and was also unsuccessful. Anyone else having a problem or know of a solution? I have reached out to Etsy through chat and was told someone will review and get back to me.
@HoneyDewGlass: I don't think you will ever be able to send yourself a message. If you look at other threads in this forum, Etsy appears to have abandoned Pattern. Perhaps someone who uses Pattern will be able to give you some hints.
I have reached out to support and they indicated there does seem to be a problem with the “Contact Us” feature. They are working to resolve the issue.
