The messages all came through a half hour later. Don't quite know what happened here.
I received a message from a customer in my email, but it's not on Etsy. She had placed a prior order and we had some messages back and forth and now those are completely gone as well. Same username on the email that came through, so I have no idea why I can't see her messages in Etsy. Nothing in my inbox, and our previous messages are gone from her order. Anyone having anything similar happening?
