I am having a technical issue, which is when I am trying to add more products to my shop, and is uploading from my computer, I cannot see them in the designated folder. For example, I have designed some fleece sweatshirts on Vistaprint and saved them to my folder on my computer. I can see them when I am not trying to upload and add to my shop, but cannot see them when I am trying to add to my shop, can you help me?

@BooksByWillie: Are you trying to do this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? It makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess.
