Manually Entered shipping tracking info but got dinged for shipping late

Hello!

A customer ordered a mug and ended up wanting two of them, so she purchased a second. I filled in tracking info for the second order from the shipping label created but I am getting dinged against my star seller badge for not shipping on time.

I also have hand delivered items to local customers and even though I mark the item as delivered in person, I get a ding against my shipping for star seller. Anyone have any workarounds? These two instances will likely cost me my badge for January, which is a bummer!

You must have submitted the tracking number past the process date. I fill it in the same time as the first tracking number or else I'll forget. No workarounds unfortunately, many sellers have no hope of attaining the shipping SS badge due to local pickup or letter mail items. If it's really important to you, some US sellers buy a cheap tracked letter label on Etsy to send an invoice to the buyer who picked up.

@RealTimeClay: If you correctly and timely entered the shipper and tracking number on both orders, it is not uncommon for one of them to not show as shipped with tracking until a day or two after the package has been scanned.  Once that updates in the CSV file your Star Seller stats will auto update.

You have two days for processing so both mugs if ordered close together needed to be shipped around the same time. 

Make sure the tracking number is correct.  That can also be a problem if even one digit is transposed.

Wait 24 hours to see if it updates.  Sometimes it takes that long if they did get shipped within the processing time frame.

As to hand delivery.  Etsy does not accept it for star seller.  All items for the US have to have tracking.  There is no way to fix that.
