Making changes to listing and they are not saving

I went and made some changes on the Etsy Seller's App on my phone and also tried to on the website and every time I make changes they just revert back including my updated and optimized titles, photos and tags. It's getting annoying that I can't make any changes to my title, SEO, tags, photos, or descriptions without the changes being saved.

I am having the same problem.  I contacted Etsy Support and they were kind and polite, but unable to provide a fix.  Etsy is screwing up as it makes changes in its listing format.  For a big operation, you would think they would have better tech people.  Sorry, but it's true.

When I used the new listing page on my desktop it keeps dropping the alt text and does not save it.

So weird but I just noticed this when I went to go see if my changes were saved on my alt text and nothing was saved. All the hard work for nothing.

It won't help with the photos or descriptions, but the "quick edit" feature in the listing view might get your title and tag edits to save.

Same with many of our listings and now I am not able to add photos either.
