Main shop page appearing empty

 My home page appears empty unless I change sorting to lowest price. I thought it was just my phone but my partner can't see it either. On both Etsy app and mobile browser

I can see 9 items in your shop.  Should there be more?

BTW, you need to set your location properly - 'Butterscotch Lane' won't show up in local searches. 

Also, set up your shop policies or you won't have any seller protection and many buyers (including me) won't buy from a shop without policies.

Sometimes Etsy will de-index a shop for review, before closing them down for reselling counterfeit goods.  Only way to know is to contact Etsy to find out if this is the case -

@ButterscotchLaneShop   The products you are trying to sell like Pikachu and Pokemon are probably the problem.  You are not allowed to sell them here.

Your page should be empty.

You can't sell Pokemon items in your shop.  They are counterfeit.
