I lost my star seller statis because I had a spam message and I accidentally deleted it instead of marking it as spam. I was really surprised that one message would would drop me below 95%. Is there anything that can be bone to fix this.

It depends on how many messages you received. You can download your message history and check.

Also, "I accidentally deleted it".

Have you deleted this message permanently or just moved to the Trash folder? If you find this message in your Trash folder, try to mark it as Spam.

Unfortunately no.

If you don't get a lot of messages, yeah that one received can send a score lower.

Take it out of trash and send to spam instead.

Try going to the trash folder and then flagging it as spam.

If you move it to the spam filter, it will be removed from the calculation for next month.
