Made-to-order digital listing goes directly to delivered, not possible to upload customer's file

Hi there,

The customer placed an order yesterday and provided the personalization info. However, the order went straight to "Completed" even though I wasn't given a chance to upload the custom file. It should go to "New" section and when I upload the custom-made file and finish the order, to go to "Completed" section. Now I don't have where to upload the file, when I click on the download status it says "in process". 

Please help!

you'll have to email the file at this point.

It's a glitch, still not fixed.

You can try editing the listings, using the old format, to physical, and then edit again back to digital to get it to stick. But it appears it reverts to instant digital download the next time it auto renews from a sale.
