I am new to selling on Etsy, and exclusively sell made to order digital items. I received an email and notification from the Etsy seller app that I had made my first sale and was quite confused when I could not find the the order on the app or website. It had automatically marked itself as completed, even though I had not sent any files to the customer. Once I located the order, it wouldn't let me add the files to it because it was marked as complete, despite not actually being complete. I have gone through and made sure that my listings are actually marked as made to order items - they are. Thankfully, I personally know the customer and was able to get them their digital items. I am very concerned about future sales doing the same thing, and not being able to send my customers their items. I've done some reading on how Etsy processes digital item listings, and know that it is most likely an issue with my listings somehow being marked as instant download even though they are actually listed as made to order. Does any one else have this problem, or hopefully, a solution?
