I had to refund an order yesterday and today I had the issue come up again. I sell Made to Order digital files and some of them are going straight to In Progress. This is causing orders to not appear in my Open Orders, nor do they appear in my In Progress orders. The customer is being charged, but they are having to reach out to me to ask where their order is, which is problematic for obvious reasons.
I saw a forum from last year with a similar issue, but that the orders were being moved to Complete instead of In Progress. Is anyone else having this issue? I'm being ghosted on Etsy Chat.
