Help Needed: Store Put on Vacation Mode Without Notice
Hi everyone,
I just noticed that my store has been placed in Vacation Mode without any prior communication or specific explanation. Here's what the message says:
"Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info. This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you."
When I checked my payment account, I also found this message:
"Your funds are in a temporary hold until we verify your seller info."
I haven’t updated any information recently, there have been no recent issues, and all my credit cards are up to date.
Has anyone else experienced this? What steps should I take to resolve it as quickly as possible?

Seems like shops being put in vacation mode is a common theme today - and some of the threads are quickly shut down by a moderator.
One shop I looked at a review photo of the item with the words 'Protection ...' on the photo. Makes me wonder if claims about what an item will do (claims that aren't allowed on Etsy) are a factor.
