MY BANK CANNOT UPDATE PLEASE HELP

Hi Etsy Team,

I feel frustrated about this issue because I have tried many times even now the system asks me to update the bank but I have no idea why it still does not allow me to update. I'm a good seller and I pay the money on time but the system treats me like I violate something this makes me feel so mental struggle!

I have followed everything and even call the bank to confirm but there is nothing wrong on their side! what should I do? I'm so helpless

Looks like Etsy closed your shop.

Are you trying to change your bank account?  You need the old account to do so.

Did you upload any tax information needed?

You may need to contact Etsy directly through Contact us.  Look for 'I still need help'. 

You only recently started on Etsy so may need ID too.    Today more information is required than when I started.
