What is going on? I response to all of my messages immediately and it’s showing that it’s 80%.. How can this be fixed? Wouldn’t this mess up my stats seller status?
@DigitallyYourShop: When you look at the file remember that that the dates / times are in UTC (not your time zone), only the first message of a new incoming thread is included (all that counts for Star Seller), and usually a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied. Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) seem to be updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay. There is also a link to the actual message thread so you can verify if the data is correct or not. Keep in mind that the Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads.
Download the messages CSV to see which ones Etsy say you missed.
I have same problem
I am replying to all my messages hand to hand but still my message response rate is stuck at 86% for a long time due to which I am not able to get the star seller badge so please fix it quickly.
There is nobody here who can fix it - check your CSV to see what you missed
I also checked the CSV and my last replies have not been updated yet.
