Lost my star seller badge and I would like to dispute, due to unusual circumstances

I received an order on SUNDAY July 31st, which I processed, packed and then SHIPPED on Aug 1st --- within 24 hours.  But my star seller badge was not granted for Aug, due to this order being "shipped late".   At first I felt this was outraged, but then I realized I must be the unfortunate victim of an algorithm mishap, due to this occurring on the 1st of the month.  I am wanting to appeal this obviously erroneous decision.  PLEASE HELLLP ...   how do I repair the damage done to my rating done by a mindless Bot?  Thanks!!

Hey There!

 

We determine what orders are included in the On-time shipping calculation by the order’s Ship By Date in UTC. However, we display all dates in the CSV breakdown in the seller’s timezone. Depending on the seller’s timezone, this means that some of the August 1st Ship By Dates in UTC could be converted to July 31st. Learn more about it here.

 

To get a closer breakdown of your orders that were counted as late or orders included in the period, you can download a CSV by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > selecting the On time shipping & tracking tile > selecting the ‘Export’ link next to ‘Order breakdown’.

you can download the CSV, to double check,

you need to log a ticket, if it's wrong, Etsy may, or may not change it,

we are only other sellers, so can't change anything

luckily, there seems to be no damage done to shops, whether they have the badge or not - it didn't affect mine

Star Seller status is probably missed more often by ETSY's ineffective calculations rather than a Seller missing an actual objective.
