Loosing my Star Seller status due to incorrect despatch data on Customer Stats

Hi Fellow Etsy Sellers,

Ive encountered an issue where Etsy's Customer Service  Data dates incorrect, showing 3 consecutive orders were despatched 1 day later than they were actually despatched as shown on Etsy's Tracking data. in fact they were delivered to the customers on the day they were recorded despatched.

This error has caused me to loose my Star Seller status, even though the actual tracking data shown on Etsy's tracking and my couriers portal, being on time.

Has anyone else faced this issue? How did you resolve it? I have contacted Etsy support via phone and whilst their customer service agent was empathetic and as helpful as he could be, there was nothing he could do apart from send me here...... Should I contact Etsy Support again, or is there a better way to escalate this?

Any response would be much appreciated, thank you

Re: Loosing my Star Seller status due to incorrect despatch data on Customer Stats

Yes, I have the same experience at the moment. According to the 'On time shipping & Tracking' stats in the CVS one order is marked as not shipped on time. Also there seems to be no processing time.
This order was ordered 10 December and I have shipped it (completely tracked and traced) on 11 December.
My processing time is 1 to 5 days and I have not changed that in a long time, so the order was processed and shipped completely within time.
Now I have gone on my customer service stats on On time shipping & tracking from 100% to 94% and this is not right and has a big impact to my status.
For 3 contiguous years I have achieved the Star Seller Badge and a 100% on all standards (I also HAD this for January) and now I will lose my Star Seller badge unjustly because of this error in the system.

Last week I had contact with Etsy Support through the chat about this issue and this is their answer: -Thank you so much for reporting this, it lets us know how widespread the issue is and helps our teams prioritize fixes. At this time, we don’t have an estimated timeframe for when this will be resolved-

Check if there is a -no- at the processing time on your CVS. If so, then you are dealing with the same issue as many of us, unfortunately

Re: Loosing my Star Seller status due to incorrect despatch data on Customer Stats

@TeaandBiscuitShop: The most obvious question is did you mark the order as completed on the same day that it was shipped with the correct shipped on date selected? The 'tracking / label date' is based on the date which is selected when you mark the order as completed (regardless of when you actually shipped) and we have seen that when completing an order late in the day the date defaults to the following day. If you are in the United Kingdom it should not be a big factor but keep in mind that Star Seller stats and the CSV file are in UTC not your time zone.
