Why does Etsy make me enter my password 2 or sometimes 3 times before I can log in? My password is saved, so it's correct every time, but I cannot get in unless I type it in every time - sometimes I have to type it in multiple times. thank you.
If I type in my password incorrectly, I get the "password incorrect" pop-up. If I type it in correctly, I still get the "uh-oh, there was an error, please try again" pop-up. I hit refresh and then I am logged in. Every day.
