Locked out then all items deleted

First I got locked out of my account for 8days. Then I finally after 9 emails get back in. Only to find out that every item I had listed has been deleted. Another 5 emails and no resolve. So far I have been told I was in the wrong account. I sent a screenshot. Not the wrong account. Then no response at all. Send another email. Get this one back and I am told I am sold out of everything and I just need to add listings. I had almost 200 listings that were active. They are not sold out as some of them had over 50 available when I got locked out. This is ridiculous.

So there are a few in the inactive folder. That means I have to pay to renew all of my listings. Not to mention they are not all there so I have to go in and make well over 100 listings again and pay for those too. Nice way for Etsy to make more money I guess.

If there are listings in the 'inactive' folder - first make sure they were not deactivated by Etsy (it should have a notification on the listing). If deactivated by Etsy then you can't just reactivate them. Etsy will deactivate listings If they think they violate seller policies.

If okay, you can reactivate the listings and if there is still time left you should not need to pay to relist. Inactive is not the same as expired.

Deleted listings cannot be restored as far as I know.

Sorry this has happened to you. Are you sure you weren't hacked?? You can check your sign in log. Perhaps that's why Etsy restricted your account. Have you changed the password?

They weren't deactivated by Etsy for any violation. I have never had any violations like that. Some of the listings are in the inactive folder but there are over 100 items I would have to rebuild from scratch. I did check everything and I have not been hacked. I have no idea why I was locked out and no one at Etsy seems to be able to tell me why either. I did change everything in case but that was before I realized all my listings were gone. Honestly, I don't make enough here to justify 2 days of work to rebuild all these items. Thank you for your help though. I really appreciate it.

Check all sections of your shop thru the shop manager. Financial information - bank account numbers, credit cards, etc.
Check your personal information including address, email, etc.

You did not mention why you were locked out of your shop for that week, but it's possible there was an attempt to hack your account/shop?
Consider doing a thorough scan of all the devices you use to access your shop. Change passwords here & other sites you access, your email account, etc.

Note, I don't know if the items you had listed are all ooak or if you have multiples of some items. 
Some shops have seen their ooak items on manual renewal & even automatic renewal keep going and going. A glitch in the system and suddenly the listing were not charged for renewal &/or they never expired. Suddenly the system caught up & shops at times were charged for renewal fees with all items suddenly expiring on the same date, or they just disappeared.

@JMOldeVintage yes I had that happen. I had a load of unexpired listings (that should have expired already). Then after a short vacation they were all expired and I had to pay to relist them on the same day (which was annoying).

No one at Etsy seems to know why I was locked out. I did change everything. When I look at the few items that were moved over to the "inactive" folder they have weeks to months left on them. All of my items have never had an issue with any Etsy policies, however I have no idea what ooak is so I may be responding incorrectly to that. Thank you for your help. I greatly appreciate it.

@Amaradorn  - It almost sounds bizarre to say you wonder if something like this could have happened to the OP.
Then the next question might be "how will Etsy decide to fix their glitch"?
TBH no one ever knows if they'll automatically renew & charge the shop, deactivate them? Once a glitch occurs normalcy gets tossed out the window.

@Stitchingbuddyplus  Did you also check your expired list and your sold out list? They may have somehow jumped to those sections.  I am sure you probably have so just throwing this out there.
