Is there any way to directly contact Etsy, as my mum has had her account locked due to, to many log in attempts, she has sent a request via the contact us link, but hasnt had the issue resloved in over a week
You have to open a support ticket: dashboard>community & help>contact us.
Sometimes live chat or the option to get a callback is available.
This is good advice, but pardon my question.
If she's locked out of her account, how does she even get INTO her Dashboard? (so she can access "Community & Help > Contact Us").
(I've never been locked out yet, but nothing would surprise me).
