Location

Hi everyone,

Just this week I opened my 1st Etsy shop. I have been watching my stats and all views have been “Direct”. Guessing my friends/family. 

In searching my store, I noticed that my location disappeared and I’m unable to enter any location at all. 

I reached out in the chat bubble yesterday and I’m just waiting to be contacted via email. 

Just wondering if anyone has experienced the same and if Etsy’s tech group are relatively quick to respond?

Unfortunately the app does not allow users to update location via phone.  I received a message instructing me to use a web browser on a computer. 

(which is still not working).
