Loading pictures

It’s very slow trying to upload pictures and sometimes doesn’t t work at all

Hi, Are you using the New Listing Form? If so, try switching back to the old one (this Fall, I switched back every time).
Or are you using the Seller App? If so, try a browser instead (I don't use the App, but from what others have said, it's terribly glitchy, and that's putting it mildly.

Are your pictures super large? Most websites have trouble uploading files over 10mb. I think Etsy recommends pictures that are 2,000 on the longest side. A .png or .gif file will be larger than a .jpg file, and often .svg files are too large and you need to host them on the cloud somewhere, then send your customer a link to where to download the file.
