I recently contacted chat support about my shop and mysterious renewal charges that weren't requested, I was looking to get an update as its been a bit but the chat only shows my most recent chat, it no longer starts a new instance, no one answers in the old chat, and I cannot find an email for sellers only buyers.
I thought of emailing from the buyers side but it requires a recent order number and I have no orders.
Any advice would be appreciated.
