I’ve been trying to get someone on live chat since late yesterday afternoon, but there doesn’t seem to be anyone on the other end of the line?
Is this a known bug or an isolated case?

I was able to use chat last night. Problem wasn't solved but I was able to interact with someone.
Were you able to get it working? Mine says I will get a response on 7-10 days on live chat
I used it yesterday and it worked fine.
I used it yesterday, spoke with 3 different CS reps. Oh, I see now that this is a 2-week old post ... @MaynardMillinery have you been successful getting in touch with Etsy?
When your chat is frozen you have to open a ticket with Etsy. It took them about one day to fix mine when this happened last year.
How do I open a ticket? Sorry, I've never had to do this before. Emailing leads to nothing.
@Atrio If you have emailed already, check to see if any of those tickets are open: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-gb/requests?segment=selling and say you still need help getting your Chat fixed.
Otherwise, open a new request via email: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new?segment=selling#issuelist_selling_orders and reply to any auto-responses. Make sure to keep it very short; e.g. Subject: My Chat doesn't work and details: No one has responded to my Chat for xx hours/days. Please help. Keep replying to that one ticket each day.
