Hi,

I have two listings I can't view on Etsy, because of this issue "this item is unavailable in your region".

They show up in my shop, but I'm unable to click and view them.

I've tried to change my region settings, no change..

My listing manager shows 661 active listings, my shop shows only 659.

I've been searching for trigger words such as knife, amber, plant.. But I can't find the issue.

Could you please check for me? Can you view my listings, do you have an idea of what the issue could be?

Could be the AI image recognition recognising the plants in your first photo, and making an assumption.

I can see both listings fine (from the UK).

No idea what the problem is.

The Buddha painting says it ships from UK, while the Kokopelli pillow says it ships from China (based on your production partner). Maybe that's it?

I've had this happen when I was listing cutlery. Because (I'm assuming) there was a knife mentioned in the set, I wasn't able to view it.

I removed the word and that seemed to do the trick.

So my guess is that your listing contains a word that is prohibited for sale in your country.
