Listings repeatidly removed due to Etsy's Creativity Standards

Hi!

Has anybody have any luck with listings not being removed again after Etsy support has admitted their fault and relisted the listings?

I got all the listings activated again, but after a week the automatic system started taking down the listings again. I have DMCA take downed all countrfeit listings in Alibaba, Aliexpress, Temu and Shein and I check those sites daily, so those sites shouldn't trigger the automatic system anymore. No response from Etsy support for weeks, so it seems to be very bad situation overall, as once you receive message from support and the relist the items and when it starts to happen again, then you have to wait for another activation for months.

I am currently waiting for reply for Etsy support for 3 weeks and my two bestsellers have been taken down in the mean time.

 

Has anybody have luck getting the listings whitelisted or some other strategy to avoid repeated takedowns?

I doubt it and I also think they still count it as a strike against our shops when that happened. 

Same on Facebook and IG. They may admit they were wrong and reinstate us but in the end, their software counts it as a strike against us. Completely incompetent AI. That is the world we live in now, I'm afraid.
