Listings not showing

Hey! My shop recently went viral and was fine making sales and all of a sudden it shows I have no listings at all?

Assuming they didn't expire or sell out, are they in your deactivated section?  The first 2 pages of your sold listings are somewhat empty.  That usually means that Etsy deactivated them.

I see in your About section that you say ''...and handmade by myself and artisans.''  Did these artisans make some things that you designed?  If you just bought their creations to list in your shop, that would be considered reselling and not allowed.  Those artisans would need to be members of your shop.

No, they dont appear in the active section either it just says 0. I wonder why they were deactivated if they are items I do along side artisans? I have never had this problem before.

@FirulaisCo  Handmade on Etsy means either you made it yourself or you designed it and a Production Partner made it for you.  Working ''along side'' of the people who actually made their own creations isn't considered handmade or designed by you.  That's more like 'curating' and reselling their work.
