Listings either deactivated by Etsy

I have 70+ listings deactivated by Etsy plus another 20 or so that have expired, even though they were set to auto renew. 

I have email support twice and even talked to a customer service agent about it and all I’m being told is there is a violation but I’m not being told what kind. 

My shop is still showing 70 active listing ( on shopping app and also seller app), but only 3 are showing up on the shop page. 

All the items are made by me and a lot are at least 6 months old and never been flagged before. Also, I never got any emails from Etsy regarding violations, and I’ve checked all possible folders in my mailbox  

Could this be a technical glitch/ issue or a bug? Or if there is a violation, what could it possibly be?

any help with this would be great.

I can't help with the deactivated listings, but as for the shop saying there are 70 listings but only showing 3. Were you recently in vacation mode? Try turning vacation on and back off, this is sometimes a glitch that happens.

Looking at your "Production Partners" it appears you could have been reselling things.

Handmade items sold on Etsy must be either made by you, or designed by you.

"I also curate a selection of home decor pieces and accessories that are made by small businesses that help support local economies and communities. "  You can't do this on Etsy.  It is against the rules, sorry.

Not sure why your shop says 70 listings but only 3 show up. That's odd.

But selling curated items is not legal on Etsy. The items must be handmade or designed by you (or vintage or craft supplies).

I suspect that once you attract Etsy's attention for breaking a rule, there is a risk that the net will sweep up legitimate listings along with the problem listings.
