This seems to be the experience for a lot of European sellers, it seems since the 29th most EU sellers have fallen of a cliff, a very steep fall in views that can not be explained by "the ebbs and flows" that some people like to always name (UK and Canada sellers seem to not be affected as much).
A very knowledgeable user named @cindylouwho2 did some tests and she thinks there is no change in search localization and I tend to believe her as she is a very by the facts person and doesn't just speculate, at the moment we can just wait and see what happens, if Europeans are being silently removed from the US market we will be forced to close our Etsy shops and look for different venues as Etsy's buyer base out of the US is negligible, that would be a big loss on seller services revenue for Etsy (ads, renewal, new shop fees) so I tend to think things will stabilize and they are just protecting themselves from refunds and complaints until the tariffs system is working smoother in a few months.
