Listings Showing As Sold; No Order Received

This morning two listings (1194716290 and 1515300903) appear as having sold out Sept 29 (Fri).  I had no order, nor is there a payment in my account.  Please advise and thank you-

Check your email.

Are the orders still being processed by Etsy? The only way to know is to check your email. We cannot do anything, as we are only other sellers on the forum.

Have you checked your email provider's spam folder?

Another way to check is on your shop home page. Click on your "sales" tab. It should show your last 2 items sold.

It sounds like it got stuck in Payment Processing, and has not cleared yet.
