Listings Removed Without Clear Reason — Anyone Else?

In one week, three of my listings were removed for supposedly not meeting “seller standards,” but Etsy gave no clear explanation. These were original, handmade items — some even bestsellers. Also they removed my star seller badge permanently.

How are we supposed to improve or appeal if we don’t know what we did wrong? It feels like we’re being judged by bots, not humans.

Is anyone else dealing with this?

Is there a way to actually speak to a real person at Etsy?

Because we are.

Likely reason for removal is that Etsy bots found a photo of yours on another site.

Most likely there are other sites either making very similar suncatchers or they're stealing your photos.  When doing an image search for the 2 crescent suncatchers, there are many other sites (including Alibaba) selling the same designs.  Could Etsy be assuming you're reselling?
