I have been trying to post a listing and it will not post. I have tried to post using my laptop, PC and my phone and nothing is working. Can you please tell me what to do? Is there an issue with Etsy? Thank you, Traci
What exactly is happening when you try to post? A while back there was a bug that wouldn’t let me post new items but I could copy an old listing, change it as needed, and then post it. Maybe try that and see if it works for you?
Ensure all your devices & all apps are updated to the latest version … clear browser cache/cookies/etc … try listing again. If still not working, then copy & edit any listing and publish.
