Listing won’t post from phone. Error message to contact support

I am unable to post my listing from my phone.

I had the same problem on my laptop about five days ago. I contacted Etsy support and they replied yesterday about how to open my shop! (My shop has been open since 2013.) Luckily the problem resolved itself on its own after a day.

This aa been going on for awhile. I can use my laptop but I want it for my phone as well

Nest version of the iphone. Had stopped working on my old phone as well  newest version of the app as well

OP, use the Edge browser on your phone and you should be able to upload photos, usually one or two at a time, and finish listings. Etsy doesn't work well with Chrome and many other browsers. Don't have an ad-blocker app or VPN on your device.
